In Mexico an archeological team are excavating a Myan temple, inside they find a sarcophagus, on it are Egyptian hyroglyphs, they say the sarcophagus belongs to Hathor, an Egyptian Goddess. One of the archeologists turns a stone on the sarcophagus, it opens and a woman arises, she asks where Ra is and they don't know what she is on about, she kills them with a Goa'uld hand device.
Hathor arises.
The sarcophagus has been sent to the SGC as Daniel has been investigating cross pollination of ancient cultures. A soldier comes to see them and says that a woman has been arrested at the entrance to the base, she knows the gate is here. They go to see the woman, it is Hathor. Hathor breathes on Daniels hand and for a moment he is overcome by something, she tells them that she knows the Chappai is here. She now kisses Hammonds hand and as with Daniel earlier he seems to be overcome for a moment. When Jack and Hammond leave Hathor demands Daniel tell her what happened to Ra, Daniel says that they killed him. Hathor now kisses Daniel and something passes into his mouth.
Hathor and Daniel kiss, allowing Hathor to pass something into Daniel's mouth.
In the briefing room Daniel tells them all that Hathor is a Goa'uld and that she is a friend to humanity, he then persuades Hammond to allow her to enter the briefing. Hathor arrives and thanks Jack for killing Ra, she kisses his hand and he is now overcome as well. Hathor now tries kissing Teal'c but it has no effect on him. Sam isn't pleased with what is going on and questions Hammonds orders over allowing Hathor a lot of freedom in the base, Jack doesn't back her up either. Hathor is shown to her quarters and Daniel stays with her, she tells him that it is time her became the chosen one.
Sam confronts Jack over Hathor, she says that she has all the men infatuated with her but Jack won't listen.

Sam now starts to research on the Internet information about Hathor and gets Dr Frasier to help her, they work out she is controlling the men using some kind of drug and they plan to neutralize her.
Daniel and Hathor are together, she tells him that she needs to obtain the code of life (DNA) to create a compatible symbiote, she breaths her chemicals into him and says that obtaining the code is a very pleasurable experience with humans.
Teal'c joins Carter's little band of women as Hathor has no effect on him, he says that he believes Hathor is a Queen Goa'uld and will use the base to infest Earth. They trace Hathor to the locker room and they go there but are stopped by the men.
Teal'c joins Sam to find Hathor.
Jack goes to see Hathor, she drugs him again and makes him her first new Jaffa as a present for killing Ra.
Jack finds his new pouch.
Sam and her little band escape the room they are imprisoned in by flaunting the male guards, they rescue Teal'c and head to the locker room. Finding Jack they take him to the sarcophagus and it returns him to his proper human state. Hathor arrives and tries to kill them but only destroys the sarcophagus.
Jack and Sam go to get some tranq. guns and attack Hathor again, this time Sam shoots her as Hathor is going to kill Jack.
Hathor goes to kill Jack.
Hathor's Goa'uld breeding pool that she was in bursts into flames and Hathor sinks below the surface, but when no one is watching Hathor exits the pool. The gate is activated and Hathor leaves for Chulak.
Hathor leaves for Chulak.
