THE PLOT

One of Anubis' under lords, Konsu, tells a Jaffa named Harak that he is going to carry out a mission to capture SG-1 while they are vulnerable on a planet.

A group of scientists are busy at an archaeological site, they are being 'babysat' by SG-1. One of the scientists, Jay Felger, is a real fan of SG-1. After receiving a message from Sam & Jonas, Jack tells the scientists to gate back home if they are not back within an hour. A while later an Alkesh flies over the site. Felger radios Jack and is told too wait until it is clear and then head home, however Felger decides to go and see what is happening. The other scientists, one of whom is called Coombs, go with him and they see SG-1 get captured.

Felger tells the other two he is taking charge. One of the scientists returns to the gate while Coombs goes with Felger. Coombs and Felger ring aboard the orbiting mothership. After wandering around half the ships ventilation ducts Coombs and Felger find SG-1's cell. O'Neill goes mad at them, they were actually on a mission to meet Konsu as he is Tok'ra.

Two free Jaffa loyal to the Tok'ra Konsu arrive. One of them, called Dol'ok tells O'Neill he will put Coombs and Felger in a safe place until it is all over.

Harak contacts Konsu and asks to interrogate the prisoners, Konsu refuses, Harak is not happy. They arrive at Konsu's home world and SG-1 are placed in a force field protected cell. On the ship Dol'ok goes to get Coombs and Felger but they are killed by Jaffa loyal to Anubis. Felger and Coombs arrive hidden until the Jaffa have gone, take their uniforms and ring down to the planet.

In the pyramid Harak comes before Konsu, he kills him. He tells the other Jaffa that Konsu was Tok'ra. Harak takes control and informs everyone that Anubis is on his way to claim SG-1. Harak has SG-1 brought before him, he tells them Konsu is dead. Harak demands to know what other Tok'ra there are among Anubis's ranks, they tell him that only Konsu knew that information.

Felger & Coombs find the bases control room and contact SG-1. They deactivate the cells force field. Felger gets weapons for them and tells them that they can get outside the pyramid near the gate and then get home, they only have to worry about a few Jaffa and that should be nothing to SG-1!

They get outside the pyramid with help from Coombs. The shield is taken down but Coombs gets stuck in the control room while Jaffa try to break the door down.

SG-1 ambushes the Jaffa guarding the gate and secure the area. Felger races to Jack and tells him that Coombs is stuck. Jack and Teal'c ring back into the pyramid and rescue Coombs. They get back too the gate and start going through it. Harak arrives just as Jack is about to go through. Jack shrugs his shoulders and steps through.

Back at SGC there is a ceremony where Felger and Coombs are awarded medals and Sam kisses Felger. Suddenly it all focuses back to a lab room where Coombs tells Felger to stop day dreaming.
